Choosing to learn Reiki is one of the most meaningful investments you can make in yourself and the people in your life. I'm honored to be your teacher.

Here's everything you need to know before we meet.

Avoid alcohol 24 hours before and after class
Alcohol affects your energetic field in ways that go beyond the physical. Please avoid it for the full 24 hours before and after each class date. If you'd like to understand why, this article is worth the read: The Spiritual Consequences of Alcohol Consumption

Optional: Prepare your body and energy
A clear path for energy flow is foundational to Reiki practice — before the class and after. While nothing below is required, it can make a real difference in how you receive your attunements and integrate the work.

For the 3 days before class, consider taking a break from negativity, processed foods, caffeine, cigarettes, and recreational substances. Nourishing foods — fruits, vegetables, whole grains, legumes, nuts, seeds, fish, and hormone-free proteins — support the process. Intermittent fasting is also an option if that aligns with your practice. Do what's within your ability. Be gentle with yourself.

What to bring

  • Water bottle

  • Blanket

  • Pillow

  • Socks

  • Comfortable, loose clothing

  • Lunch or a light snack (both days include a 30-minute lunch break)

  • An open mind
