All sessions (appointments) are non-refundable. But sometimes life happens and we must pivot quickly. To allow for life’s unexpected moments ...

Cancellation - a session cancelled with a 3-hour advance notification generally due to emergency, mishap or oversight

• No penalty - just call and reschedule at that time or later (within 45 days)

• Less than 3-hour notice is considered a No Show (see below)

• Applies to whomever (you or me) initiates the cancellation

No Show - arriving late (more than 10 minutes) for a session or missing the session with no advance notification

• First occurrence by either of us (you or me) - session is cancelled, excused, and rescheduled

• Second occurrence by you - your full payment will be forfeited and you will need to pay again for a new session

• Second occurrence by me - you may request a full refund
