PAYMENT POLICY

All consultation and coaching services must be pre-paid to secure your session. All herbs must be paid for before shipping. Appointments with requirements (forms, etc) not completed 24 hours prior to session start time, may be released for availability to others.

Payment is accepted when scheduling via all major credit cards: Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express - and processed using Stripe. FSA/HSA cards may be accepted for some services. Money orders, cash and cashier's checks are not accepted.

RETURN / REFUND POLICY + CANCELLATIONS

Gift Certificates expire 3 months from date of purchase and are transferrable, but non-refundable nor redeemable for cash.

All Services are non-refundable once purchased. View our full cancellation policy here. For subscription plans, an active credit or debit card must remain on file for monthly charge, from the date of enrollment until enrollment ends.

*Note: Doula Services may be refundable under the terms and conditions as outlined in the Doula Agreement.

Programs, Courses, Classes and Workshops whether online or in-person, are non-refundable unless cancelled by Qi To Wellness (not including those requiring rescheduling due to acts of nature or governmental shutdowns).

Purchased Products whether physical or virtual, including but not limited to audio and video downloads, eBooks, herbs, pelvic steam kits are considered final are non-refundable.

If you receive the wrong item due to our error, we will pay for return shipping, and offer you a replacement, comparable exchange or a full refund.

Credit card details are not retained unless you choose that option. Any sensitive information that is written or printed in order to serve our customers is secured per HIPAA-compliance to protect your privacy and security.

For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes no information regarding the domain or e-mail address. We collect the e-mail address of those who communicate with us via e-mail, aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, specific information regarding what pages consumers access or visit and information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations.

The information we collect is used for internal review and is then discarded, used to improve the content of our Web page, and used to customize the content and/or layout of our page for individual consumer. Visitor information (name & email) offered through our online eNews collector is used to send our newsletter and contact consumers for marketing purposes.

If you wish to discontinue communication with us, select to unsubscribe on the specific communication. If this feature is not available, please notify in writing, stating clearly what it is you do not want to receive from Qi To Wellness. Your name and email will be removed within 7 business days.

You understand and agree that the owners of this site shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits or wages, data or other intangible losses or damages resulting from the correct use of, any misuse of, or the inability to use the information, product(s), or service(s).
