PAYMENT POLICY

All energy, birth/womb, pelvic steam, nutrition, consultation and coaching services must be pre-paid to secure your session. All herbs must be paid for before shipping. Appointment with requirements (forms, etc) not completed 24 hours prior to session start time, may be released for availability to others.

Payment is accepted when scheduling via all major credit cards: Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express. FSA/HSA cards may be accepted for some services. Money orders, cash and cashier's checks are not accepted.

RETURN / REFUND POLICY + CANCELLATIONS

Gift Certificates/Vouchers expire 3 months from date of purchase and are transferrable, but non-refundable nor redeemable for cash.

All Services are non-refundable once purchased. View our full cancellation policy here. For subscription plans, an active credit or debit card must remain on file from the date of enrollment for monthly charge.

Sessions and Services that include a signed Agreement, may be refundable under the terms and conditions as outlined in the specific Agreement.

Programs, Courses, Classes and Workshops whether online or in-person, are non-refundable unless cancelled by Qi To Wellness (not including those that must be rescheduled due to acts of nature or temporary governmental shutdowns).

All Purchased/Leased Products whether physical or virtual, including but not limited to audio and video downloads, eBooks, herbs, pelvic steam kits are considered final are non-refundable. For Pelvic Steam Loaner Kits, an active credit or debit card must remain on file for 31 days from the date of pickup. Loaner Kits not returned by the due date will be considered a purchase and a replacement fee will be auto-charged within 14 days after the due date (see the loaner kit description for details).

If you receive the wrong item due to our error, we will pay for return shipping, and offer you a replacement, comparable exchange or a full refund.

Credit card details are not retained unless you choose that option. Any sensitive information that is written or printed in order to serve our customers is secured to protect your privacy and security.

For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes no information regarding the domain or e-mail address. We collect the e-mail address of those who communicate with us via e-mail, aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, specific information regarding what pages consumers access or visit and information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations.

The information we collect is used for internal review and is then discarded, used to improve the content of our Web page, and used to customize the content and/or layout of our page for individual consumer. Visitor information (name & email) offered through our online eNews collector is used to send our newsletter and contact consumers for marketing purposes.

If you wish to discontinue communication with us, please notify in writing, stating clearly that you do not want to receive Qi To Wellness e-mails. Your name and email will be removed within 72 hours.

You understand and agree that the owners of this site shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits or wages, data or other intangible losses or damages resulting from the correct use of, any misuse of, or the inability to use the information, product(s), or service(s).
